Please include the following in your request:
- Company name
- Your name and role
- Your relationship to faktoora (customer, prospect, auditor, partner)
- Which documents you need
- Purpose of the request (vendor assessment, audit preparation, compliance review, etc.)
Review Process
All document access requests are reviewed by our compliance team. We typically respond within 3 business days. Access may be subject to a mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA) depending on the sensitivity of the requested materials.
Already a Customer?
If you are an existing faktoora customer and need compliance documentation for your own audits or assessments, please mention your company name and subscription in your request for expedited processing.
