faktoora maintains detailed compliance documentation on our security policies, control implementations and framework mappings. This documentation is available on request to customers, prospective customers, auditors and partners with a legitimate interest.

Information to Include in Your Request
Please provide the following:
- Company name
- Your name and your role
- Your relationship to faktoora (customer, prospective customer, auditor, partner)
- Which documents you need
- Purpose of the request (supplier assessment, audit preparation, compliance review, etc.)
Review Process
All access requests are reviewed by our compliance contact. We usually respond within 3 business days. Before releasing documents, we conclude a mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA) with you; we send you a template with our reply.
Already a Customer?
If you are an existing faktoora customer and need compliance documentation for your own audits or assessments, please state your company name and your subscription in your request to enable expedited processing.
